Monday

Apparently there is a rock trail in the area. Saw this one as I went to meet a few friends (one of which is 'home' for a week with her family) for a walk and coffee. 
Started the day with a call to the Dr. Bloods taken late morning , to go in Wed for examination and a chat. She is also going to email psychiatrist about increasing some of my meds.
