It's going to be a busy week, but with the, seemingly, new lungs I can now look forward to the 'Spring Ride'. Each day I am giving myself a little list of things that need to be done, today...essential bike bits!

Friday night is a lads night and as I am staying at my best mates for the night and leaving for the ride the following morning, I need to be organised by then.

I'm really looking forward to catching up with 'MeBoyz' as we have lots to talk about!
