a little magical..

at last the tide is turning..

after over two weeks of not feeling right...lungs feeling shitty...I managed a nice bike ride today!

A lay in bed and then shed loads of housework, a visit to the supermarket and then some laundry, plus a quick tip jaunt, it was time to get out!

Suffice to say that I had a great time, took it easy mind, but the heart felt back to normal and the lungs felt pretty clear....Fan..bloody..tastic!

Now home for a little relax and a movie or two!!
