Plant envy
Backblip as a memory aid.
I stayed with my cousin in EastSussex recently, he’s a garden designer so is very handy for ideas and plant rescues. His garden slopes steeply up from the house, which is a challenging place to create a garden. I usually come away with a lively dose of plant envy and this time it’s for this glorious Sanguisorba officinalis, which towers above us in his garden and would be on the flat in my garden. I can imagine it weaving through various plants here so I may be gone for sometime in plant-hunting mode…
