Conversation at school drop off this morning:

A's dad : So ....how's the job hunting going?
Me : Not bad...got a second interview on Friday-need to go buy a suit.
A's dad: Old ones too small already??

(hmm)

A's dad: So....you going to buy a suit today?
Me : Nah... going to get my hair done.
A'd dad: That's not an interview...that's an AFFAIR !

(hmmm - you can go right off some folk!).

Another day of merrily running around doing all the jobs I never have time for.

Oh - and No 1 had her Standard Grade English, No 3 had swimming and No 2 is off boy hunting !

Messed about in the garden with No 3 - taking shots of these....always referred to as 'weeds' until my sister visted from Oz and said you have to BUY them there and plant in your grass for the 'English Country Garden look'.
