Derelict flag!

Still very much back-Blipping, but this would have been a great entry for Derelict Sunday if I had managed to post within the week!

Extra: The Queen and her Corgis painted by Catman. Both the flag and the street are in Whitstable, but the artwork is also replicated in East Dulwich.
