Ramsay Garden

I tripped the light fantastic into the city centre this morning through the litter but noticeable fewer tourists. This weekend sees the end of the Fringe and things will eventually revert to normal.

By coincidence I met 3 friends in M&S and had coffee with two of them. So far so good. I did think I was going to see David & Luca this afternoon in between the two English papers Luca has to sit to get British Citizenship but there wasn’t enough time when push came to shove, so it’s a walk in the park for me instead.
It would be interesting to see how many native Brits would pass the general knowledge paper for citizenship far less the English papers . I have heard some of the questions asked and I didn’t know the answers, they seemed really obscure.

I took this blip of Ramsay Garden and the limp Tattoo flags on the Castle Esplanade under a pervasive blue sky. By the time I went home the flags were flying and the clouds gathering. Nevertheless it’s quite sunny and warm as I sit by the tennis courts listening to the thwack of tennis balls.
