Very autumnal

The photo is of a road nearby which is lined with horse chestnuts trees. Libby knows her way back from the park area where we usually have a pm walk!  Most of the trees have now already lost their leaves and I have also noticed there are many fewer conkers this year than usual. There is a school in this road and the children usually have fun picking up conkers at the beginning of the autumn term…probably not this year.

We had a busy day driving down the M3 to have lunch in a nice pub with the family, a slow journey going but coming back later towards London it was very quick.
