Lots of tomatoes

We are picking tomatoes every day now after I thought they would never turn red.  They are delicious and so different from shop bought ones.

Not a busy day due to a sleepless night as my ears and head were very noisy.  I haven’t done a lot but watched some tv as our son mentioned John Rogers walks in London.  We enjoyed his knowledge of Soho and  the City and made us want to do some wandering around London again.

Otherwise I have been reading  The Remains of the Day.  I can’t believe that I missed this when it first was published particularly as it won the Booker Prize.  I’ve read most of the other books by Ishiguro and am enjoying this one.

Hope I sleep better tonight so have more energy tomorrow!!!
