Fairy Bridge

Somebody switched off August last night and we woke up to September which seems to be a different sort of thing entirely. I had an appointment at the opticians this morning. There doesn't seem to be much change but that's no big surprise as my lenses are now plastic and so don't change much.

The weather's been a bit dull so I thought I'd go to some woodland. I stopped at Trendlebere Down and walked down the Old Manaton Road to Hisley Woods and the old packhorse bridge that crosses the River Bovey. I tried out the in-camera Neutral Density filter to slow the exposure. It was looking like a place that small folk might live so I've added a little blur.
