Wait And See Pudding

When we were little kids we always used to drive our mum mad by asking her endlessly every night "What's for dinner?" and if she was getting annoyed she would she would answer "Wait and See Pie". Sometimes this wasn't far from the truth as she didn't always know what she was going to cook, having had to look after us three kids all day and sometimes quite understandably at the end of her tether.
It was my turn to cook today, well actually it's my turn every day, but I had no idea what to make for a pudding so I decided to assemble a "Wait and See Pudding" - which basically consisted of what we had left that could constitute a dessert - the last of the ice cream, some strawberries and  several dark chocolate ginger biscuits crumbled on top (as you can see not all the biscuits made it into the bowls!). 
So you could say this was also a bit of a "Wait and See Blip"! :-)
