Old and new

Back down into the town center to continue our wanderings. I was brave and climbed up the steps of the bell tower of the Diocletian's palace, it was quite scary, Roy stayed on the ground, wise move. I love these red pantile roves, it's interesting that they are starting to put solar panels on them, I think it spoils them, but hey ho you have to be energy efficient these days.

Tomorrow is Roy's 75th birthday and we are going on an organized trip to the krka national park, which is supposed to be quite spectacular.
