A wander slightly higher. I hope I never need them but it was amazing to watch the PGHM practising extreme location rescues today.

Philosophy Friday 
As a nation mourns publicly many people will be reminded of their own losses, sorrows will be sorely felt. Whatever our beliefs about a monarchy I hope everyone can remember that a family has lost a mother, grandmother and more.
For this weeks Philosophy Friday I offer words that have brought me comfort over the last few years:
