Everything from stamps, money, military insignia & badges will eventually be updated, the list is endless and undoubtedly expensive, part of the price we pay.

A normal enough Friday, visit to Richard and Jackie where I got to meet Peter, the watch repair man, and his lovely wife Alison.

A decent walk in the afternoon, life goes on as usual but I cannot shake this feeling of loss. Once the news coverage has died away and the radio plays something other than “appropriate” music life will return to the new normal.
