Men at work

A busy day working in the garden and starting the autumn tidy up of the potting shed. I was wiped out and hesitated when B suggested that we walk up to the playing field with Amber, but decided to go with it ! 

I was pleased that I did as we found that these gentlemen were relaying the turf in the goal mouths in both pitches. I took the picture and then when they paused for a minute checked that they didn’t mind. 

The chap in the dark outfit said that he recognised me from the incident with the ring! Last October we were in up at the playing field and saw a couple looking for a lost wedding ring. With help from Amber and Olive we found it. I blipped the event on the 7th Oct ‘21.
