Late afternoon

An early and satisfying start to the day with a dental appointment to get the second filling replaced. I had paid in advance on my previous visit and received a £5 refund which was also positive.
A last minute place at yoga, the free places due to the usual teacher being on holiday. I liked her replacement enormously and I shall eventually work out where I have met her before, not in a yoga context.
I flopped this afternoon, the aftermath of the two vaccinations yesterday. A couple of paracetamol and a snooze sufficiently revived me to go for a short run and get a blip at the same time. Pollok park was looking splendid in the late afternoon sunshine, and pretty much empty.
I now have to psych myself up to do the park run tomorrow which as far as I know is going ahead.
We had a moment of remembrance at the end of yoga which had a mixed response. Support for the monarchy is 45% in Scotland, 10% lower than in England.
