Walk to the library

It still excites me that I can walk to all those essential places along the White Cart. Quite a bit of aquatic activity and a mousy brown rat, a small one and not at all unpleasant, dashed across the path in front of me and disappeared into the undergrowth.
My fifth parkrun this morning which I ran/jogged all the way including the 4 small hills. It took me 30 seconds longer than my previous running/walking strategy. Added another couple of Kms and felt fine.
