What’s At Steak!

What was at steak was a relaxing dinner cooked at the Black Knight Inn! A relaxing day today - I did no driving - that was LV’s contribution to our day’s wanderings - he had to pick up some wines at the new place in Hereford where we happened on a marvellous little butcher outlet store in the middle of the industrial estate that not only plied us with an assortment of delicious items for future dinners and breakfast but also served hot pasties which readily filled our lunch requirements eaten off road in some random place we pulled over! A visit to Leominster allowed us to purchase various and sundry items plus a rather disappointing coffee at Coffe No. 1 the only place open and then back to the campsite for the steak dinner being prepared here. These 2 did a sterling job of washing up the pile of dishes I created - but I did make a bread and butter pudding for dessert and we had a delicious Priorat wine we brought back from Spain. I hear snoring already in the van as I sit in the cooling evening - so probably time to hit the sack and get some sleep before tomorrow.
