Enjoying the Golfe

So, here in Brittany everyone, everyone, goes by boat. Even the concrete mixers.

Drove over to Conleau, SW Vannes, this morning & managed to secure a pitch on the very popular site which is within walking distance (though most people say bus ride) of the city centre. Went for a very pleasant walk around the not-quite island & along the estuary & back through the edge of the city, past the University, this afternoon. Further exploring tomorrow! Had a little walk on my own with the camera this evening - difficult to get a good composition in the evening light but managed some pretty colours from the road to the island, with the marina in the shade on the left, on the way back.
