CORSICA- DAY 11 - RAINY

Rain was promised all day today ..how kind!!
When I woke it wasn’t so I went for an early morning dip in the pool. love these open all hours pool times!!
The Rev had gone for an early morning photo session at the beach. He brought back breakfast…. croque monsieur ..delicious and that view.
We packed up but didn’t have to leave our room until 1oclock…time for another dip in the pool :)))). Then the rain started!!!
On to our next and last :(( hotel….it was only over an hour but with a coffee stop, a few photo stops and a quick explore of town we didn’t get to our new hotel until 4:30!! ….. and WOW …amazingly beautiful farmhouse conversion. It’s lovely but probably too posh for us!! :)))

usually when we go to Greece we book a few days ahead and always find somewhere. This time we were more cautious but it means we have definitely paid over the top…lessons learned. Don’t regret a thing x
