Replacements

The replacement electric bicycles for hire have arrived in Falmouth, unlike the old orange coloured ones located in just two or three locations these new green ones are dotted around. This one standing all forlornly on a corner near us looked abandoned but a little online investigation revealed that the white lines on the pavement around it show where the new ‘docking station’ will be fitted. Given the variety of locations I can see these being used a lot more.
Leisurely Sunday at home, with the veg all prepped yesterday I had the time this morning to fix the large ‘pots ‘n’ pan drawer runners which had come loose.
Roast dinner for three followed by a bit of planning for Oktoberfest which is looming large. Mrs S and I look forward to it immensely, time away, time on our own, time having fun.

The lad who sustained the injury mentioned in yesterdays Blip was released from hospital between 5 and 6am this morning with ligament and soft tissue damage to his neck, thankfully no long term damage.
