No more picking blackberries after today - I think we have more than enough! MrD has rediscovered his lathe, so is otherwise occupied …
We had heavy rain during the night and again during this morning,  but by lunchtime the sky cleared and temperature soared to 16°C !!
MrD went often to the market to buy some onions for us and some pickling onions, I planted 8 of the largest in pots for shallots to eat with our salads.
Had a long chat with my daughter this morning and we put the world to rights - especially our current Prime Minister and her hair-brained ideas

Logs have been ordered and being delivered over the weekend, clearing the log store so there’s room for them.

Spider just happened to be in the garden and I managed a half decent photo!
