Fountains Abbey by floodlight

Fountains Abbey is currently open on Saturday evenings to celebrate 90 years of floodlighting the abbey ruins. Fortunately it was dry (unlike Friday night!) 
I should have taken a tripod and done things properly, but these photos capture some of the atmosphere.
There were food and refreshment stalls in the gardens too, and a performance by the York Philharmonic male voice choir in the cellarium. There was also the odd monk or two ensuring there was no disorderly behaviour.
