Self portrait

I've been thinking about starting a photography project for a while about my "caring" role.  

I'm not sure quite how much I'm going to feel comfortable sharing publicly, but as part of the preliminary work I wanted to have a play with the more technical aspects of taking some self-portraits and work out how the remote-control app on the phone for the camera worked (pretty straightforward) whether I needed to use a reflector (yes) and how I was going to hold that in position (balanced on a pile of pillows!).

I have then had a mess around in silver efex - but put the colour version in as an extra.
