Ok - I’ll own up ..

Taken on Friday in … Westbourne …. at a popular French patisserie/coffee shop. The owner has been ill, I believe, so they have been closed for several weeks if not months. See that they are going to open for coffee. They don’t cater of vegans, so not for me :(

We were going to go out at lunchtime, but somehow my back gave way as I got up off from the settee. I usually get a niggle beforehand, this time completely out of the blue. Was bent over double (well sideways).

Lying in bed with a hot water bottle, and taken Panadol and massaged in Voltarol.

So annoying, as it was beautiful out. These things happen. So apologies for a ohoto taken on Friday!
