Falls of Feugh

The original intention today was to have a walk at Stonehaven. When we saw the forecast of strong winds we abandoned that idea as we did not fancy being blown out to sea.

Instead we thought we might see some salmon leaping at the Falls of Feugh. There were quite a few people watching the water intently, including one guy with a huge camera lens. No sign of any salmon however. We had to make do with a walk in the trees next to the Dee. Here we were sheltered from the wind.
