Still here.

The four cygnets are still residing on the reservoir, they looked lovely in the early evening sun, gliding across the water.

Spent more time than I'd like going through the plans with the builder. Talk of lintels, drains, rodding and a whole load of other phrases and technical details I didn't understand, or was interested in. All I want to know is where will the fridge sit, and wether we will go for blinds or curtains! Had the quote from the electrician to rewire the house ..... We're still reeling!

Got the final coats of garden paint on the pagoda wood and planted some plants and bulbs,  it's been a beautiful sunny day so good to be up to speed on outside jobs.
