Violas in the sun

I spent a lot of today waiting in for a British Gas engineer to check some radiators and their valves! It was a lady engineer ( the first lady  we have ever had in this role) who was very thorough when she eventually arrived. 

As it was such a nice sunny day I did some tidying in the garden, trimming Ivy, sweeping leaves etc.  The blip is a pot of violas I bought a couple of weeks ago. They  were a good bargain…3 pots for £10…and are flowering well. I also planted some in containers on our balcony.
