Sorted For E’s And Wizz

Or, more accurately these days, sorted for Metformin, Statins and Blood Pressure pills. This does seem like an awful lot of medication for two supposedly healthy adults, but I suppose the counter argument is that we are healthy because we take the drugs. Anyway, that’s enough to take us up to Xmas now.
An early start today as we had to drop Mrs C’s car off at 8am for some recall work to be carried out. Then it was straight on to our financial advisors office to sign some forms - with all the postal strikes I didn’t want to take the risk of them getting held up anywhere if they were posted to us.
As a reward for such an early start we treated ourselves to a bacon bun, and then went to the gym to work it off. This afternoon, it was just a case of collecting the car and our supply of drugs before I set off to the theatre for this evening’s performance.
Having spent a fair bit of time in the car today, I did actually keep abreast of the news. Who would have thought a month ago that the answer to the question “who was Britains most incompetent Prime Minister” would NOT be Boris Johnson!
