Sunlit lupin.
A lovely sunny day. The front garden is usually in the shade but gets sun first thing so I was out with my camera. Some lupins are having a very late second flowering and leaves from a tree at the end of the crescent had been blown down the street and were catching the light. Had my usual lazy morning afterwards then spent more time than I meant to in the back garden. My compost bin which was empty is now more than half full although the garden doesn't look much different. Had a long restful lunch then cleaned the kitchen, dusted and made a shopping list for tomorrow. Went to the Pillars for bread and milk and dried fruit so I got a lot done and am feeling quite pleased with myself as a result.
