Recovery

There are so many kind , thoughtful people in my life. I received this surprise package on my doorstep today from a friend , Rhian , who I know from yoga and the local fibromyalgia/ ME group.
I have not read this book , but it looks ideal in my current situation recovering from bronchitis, and feeling exhausted. So thoughtful.
The card has a print of beautiful whooper swans , who are now returning to the Caerlaverock nature reserve for their overwinter migration.
My mum seems to be making a remarkable recovery after the health scare at the weekend. I am impressed by the attention she is receiving from the nurses in the unit. My son and I visited her earlier , with a big box of chocolates and a get well balloon. We will return later on.
