Boat hire

In the morning, hubby, daughter #2 and her friend went to Twickenham and hired a boat for an hour. We then had a picnic by the river. Daughter #2 then went round to her friend's for the rest of the day. Daughter #1 went swimming with her friends at Hampton outdoor pool and my son went swimming with his friend at the David Lloyd outdoor pool.
In the afternoon, hubby and I did lots of gardening. Every year he tells me off for buying lots of plants and not doing anything with them so that they all end up dying. Today, I potted the lot. For dinner, hubby roasted a whole chicken and roasted potatoes on the BBQ. It was very nice and we had another evening of eating outdoors.
