Taking the pith

Actually strider has one of these helmets. God knows how people put up with them, they are so heavy and uncomfortable. 

This was in the window of the military pop up shop which has popped up in a variety of locations over the years.

Rather good day, highlight of which was a nice long video call with my brother in Yorkshire. Lots of practical stuff - little things like hanging pictures and sorting cupboards - but also plenty of me time, nine thousand steps, and a cup of coffee in the bookshop. With a piece of cake maybe. Vegan biscoff.
