Rainy day blip

I've been saving these for a while to blip when necessary. These are books of upholstery fabric swaths that Dan brought home from the transfer station a while ago. We will never have to worry about having something to mend a hole with any more...
But the fabric is so fun I decided I want to sew a bunch together to form some sort of throw. I picked the orange and blue ones to work with and laid them out today and put in a pattern I like. (Extra) After looking at the photo I see a couple changes I will make. I think the whole throw is going to be from recycled material. I will probably use a blanket for filler and some sort of sheet for a backing. Everything from the transfer station. Hopefully I will actually accomplish this so I can use it this winter. It is my kind of sewing.... straight lines :-)
It's been rainy most of the day. I managed to stay in my pjs the whole day... haha. I did get outside to do chores, I just put my rain gear over my pjs.
