A funny old day

I spent most of it doing my tax return - where of course most of the time is spent finding all the right bits of paper and information online. I popped in to the centre for a couple of errands, and to meet a friend for a café lunch. 
Extinction Rebellion were holding a demonstration outside Barclays Bank. Their point was that Barclays are currently making new investments in fossil fuels, even though we have to stop. At COP 27 UN chief Gutierrez said “we are on the highway to climate hell, with our foot still on the accelerator”. However I did also like the reflection of Christmas lights in the bank windows:)
