Wednesday: Bird Feeder

A few minutes of rain as it was getting light this morning - then a pleasant sunny, warm and still day … no wind :-)) 
Gardening jobs: transplanted lettuce seedlings into a tray, salad for winter. Gave one of the tall euphorbia at the side of the garage a very hard pruning - the lilac is next to it and I’m hoping it will revive after drying out in the heatwave.
Celebrated this “hard graft” with a cup of tea outside, listening to the buzzing of the bees and the birds chirping :-))Temperature around 11°C at midday, dropping quickly into single figures after sunset.
The birds were too quick/clever for me today … you may see a tiny glimpse of one …
MrD had a busy day of deliveries.
