Thursday: Independence Plaza

The government area is not attractive in the traditional sense but it does have a certain retro charm to it.  And a lot of that charm comes from people within the building.  For example, today I met a charming Minister and her equally nice team.

I wish I’d never started the football sweepstake.  Turns out they’re not a thing here so it’s all horribly complicated.
