Notes: Another huge day. Awake thru the night for quite awhile. Slow morning of final packing out - had to wait to head out until a reasonable hour. Finally headed to Vina ~830a, went right to Joe's. He didn't leave until 11a, I was there and at Bette's bringing stuff in and both directions. I left right after Joe hit the road and went to the alterations place, hit Total Wine for NA champagne (and found the good NA Mango Wheat Beer I had at the restaurant Sat). Stop at Pasadena Publix on way back - stuff for Bette and Joe - was very busy! Not back till ~1230p. Some back and forth and got the stuff together to make the arugula pear salad with dressing and toasted walnuts. Came out quite good, warmed bread. Bette over just before 3p and didn't finish eating until about 330p - Barney was so great and put his head in her lap (first time ever)! I did cleanup and poop pickup and then decided to get in pool as evening set in - a little cool and strokes were felt in my back so didn't stay in long. Hot shower and relaxed for the evening, talked to Joe for awhile (still on the road in SC, driving all the way thru NC yet).
