Reindeer socks!

When shopping in Tesco I spotted these socks and thought they looked fun, and only £2.50! They say they are mens socks size 6-10 but they seem to be size 6 and I’m sure they will shrink a bit too when washed. I bought another pair for my friend who has 4 reindeer on her farm, to take as a silly gift when I go to stay there soon!
Our Pilates teacher has said that anyone who wears Christmas  socks to her class can opt out of one exercise they find difficult! So I will wear them next Monday.

Lots of sun today so a nice walk along the river from Teddington Lock to a pub near Kingston for lunch. I thought the lunch was so-so although my friends though it was great.

Saw some of the South African rugby team this morning when I went for a swim as they are staying at The Lensbury ready for their match against England on Saturday, The Japanese and All Black teams stayed there too. There now seems to be a permanent security guard on the gates to stop any press or others who are not members, or are not also staying on the hotel part.
