Thanksgiving altar

Usual morning at church, where the altar was beautifully decorated in anticipation of Thanksgiving. The rest of the day was taken up with more housework, and preparing for Book Club tomorrow, which I will be leading as well as hosting. I’m always nervous about leading - most of the other ladies seem to do a much better job. However, on the other hand, it does cause you to do more research and find out more about the author etc. This months book is Oh William by Elizabeth Strout, another in her series of novels featuring the character Lucy Barton.
