Pishill
Dense fog all morning as the spaniel and I walked part of the 66 mile Oxfordshire Way through the Stonor valley. We stopped off at the tiny 13th century Pishill Church to see the John Piper stained glass window which was added in 1967. Piper lived nearby in Fawley Bottom. The window depicts a sword and open book (possibly a Bible). I assume its a 'pen is mightier than the sword' reference.
