This was my view this morning. We've had some fresh snow during the night and there will be more in the middle of next week, with more cold weather too.
I've been knitting today. Both head and body are finished for Peppa Pig and I've started on one of the fingers. Apparently she's got three on each hand. It's nice to have so much done with twenty more days to go. :)
I also talked to my mum. We'll not be spending Christmas together this year, for many reasons, but hopefully I can come to her next year and divide myself between my cousins and my mum. Not possible this year.
So, I thought... since her favourite colour is green (and mine too), the socks I'm knitting for myself, I'll give her instead. I've started the second one and I'm going to finish that one during the next couple of days, so I can send them to her when I'm sending other things. I think she'll like them, hopefully. And, I might have enough yarn to knit a pair for myself too.
