Welcome Home

We got home around 8:30 pm and somehow completely emptied everything from the car. The overnight temps were dipping below the freeze mark so we thought it would be best. I did a quick survey of the house. Some of my cacti are in bloom. The kitties had made a mess of their area as usual. It took an hour to clean it up even though the kids did their best daily. We were awake until midnight-just hate clutter. The kitties snuggled, taking 1/3rd of our bed. You can tell they missed us. At 7:30 this morning we continued our task. I did three loads of laundry, put away clean dishes, sorted the Christmas gifts, went through three weeks of mail, emptied the tubs from WV, etc. Hubby unpacked, worked on his financial records, bought groceries, ordered some gifts, etc. We were supposed to go to 5:00 pm Mass but I was simply too tired. Guess we will go tomorrow at 7:00 am! Our Sunday schedule is also jammed packed. Wishing you a restful Sunday. Stay safe and healthy. Thanks so much for the visit.
