A wonderful day in Wells

My friends came up from Bournemouth and we met in Wells.  A little quiet sit in the Cathedral - with beautiful Christmas trees, twinkly white lights, and candles (2nd extra). Then lunch in the Crown Hotel in the market place.  Only their little dog posed for her photo, in her smart little dog jumper, everyone else was too busy chatting.  We had nice food and a good laugh.  After lunch, a short walk in the Bishops garden, which is where we saw the golden tree in the first extra.
If anyone has seen the film Hot Fuzz ( which is great fun) this hotel and market place were the main location.
