Spindle (Euonymus europaeus)

After a hearty bowl of porridge and preparing a vegetable laden beef casserole for later I ventured out across the Torrington tundra.
Pavements were lethal so straight onto the commons and frozen snow crunching under foot. More jays looking for their stash, several nuthatches were being vociferous in an old oak tree.
Back home via the co-op to collect some beef suet for the dumplings.
