It was freezing cold all day today. Apparently temperatures were as low as -14 locally. Our utility room pipes have frozen. I’ve been blasting heating in there but no joy yet.
I was supposed to be meeting a group of ex colleagues for brunch at the Paper Mill in Lasswade but thankfully we rescheduled until after Christmas. Instead I put on my thermals and headed into town for shopping and to post my cards (post office very busy). Defrosted at home and then spent the rest of the day reading and online Christmas shopping. Mr P headed out to his uke group tonight. Far too chilly for my kettlebell class. Staying warm.
