Blue Christmas

I didn’t sleep very well last night. I think I’m unsettled by our imminent departure date and no idea where we’ll be living in a few months time. I did therefore have a bit of a long lie and then spent the rest of the morning and the early afternoon at a Yes Tweeddale Committee strategy and planning event. Luckily we were fortified by lots of tea and Christmas cake.
Home briefly and then Mr P and I were off on the bus again to Edinburgh. This time we had tickets for a candlelight concert at St Giles (Bach and Handel’s Messiah). The music and singing were excellent but the cathedral was freezing. Next time I’ll wear my thermals! Back on the bus home now. We’re making the most of our free bus passes
