Glory of Gothenburg

Marathon day for LH.

Working on site in Ardnamurchan until 2 O'Clock, followed by a mad dash along the most outrageously windey and narrow road in Scotland to get back to Glasgow (it really is very scenic, although you cannot actually take your eyes of the road to see any of it when you are driving!) in time for Gothenburg night.

30 years ago Aberdeen were the best team in Europe. Tonight we celebrated the victory over Real Madrid in Gothenburg in 1983. The pub was packed and the atmosphere electric. A really good chance to catch up with old friends and reminisce about our painful memories watching the poor shadow of a football team we have endured for the last 20 years.
