Red Sky

Red sky at night, Shepherds delight. Red sky in the morning, Shepherds warning. 

This was the sky when I got up this morning, and the weather has rapidly gone downhill since then. Can't say we weren't warned!

Bit of a lazy Sunday. Last of the presents wrapped, Ali groomed, now sat by the fire while J watches the World Cup final. 

Trying a one tray roast this evening, including the brussels. Watched one being made on a cooking program yesterday, and thought I'd give it a go in my little temporary oven. Not using a whole chicken, just the breasts stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.
