Bruges for Christmas

What a wonderful day

I'd never been on Eurostar and it was terrific. St Pancras was crazily busy but the staff knew exactly how to deal with the queues and, although they were long they kept moving.

We got off in Lille and were efficiently taken to our little hotel in Bruges.

So it rained, but it was magical.

We were taken for a rainy introduction to this beautiful town, shown some key buildings and got our bearings.

We had fabulous moules frites and I tried the recommended Brugse Zot (extra)

What a first day !!!
